I sell The Love-Shy Survival Guide for US$19.95. I also have Pilinski's Without Embarrassment for $33.95 and Ince's The Politics of Lust for $10.95. Shipping and handling charges are a flat rate of $5 in the continental US and $10 for international orders no matter how many books you order. All are paperback and new. Michigan residents add 6% sales tax.
Without Embarrassment is difficult to find as an actual paper (non-ebook) book, and third parties often sell it through Amazon for more than double my price. My current copies of The Politics of Lust are signed by the author.
